Streaming HAZWOPER 3-Day Class (24 Hrs Total)

Hazardous Materials Technician Level 

$575 per person, 24 Hours of Course Instruction
 

This course is intended for those employees who will respond offensively to stop a hazardous chemical release. Students successfully completing the course are certified as Hazardous Materials Technicians.

 

Topics covered include but are not limited to laws and regulation; incident command system; required notifications; hazard recognition, assessment, and communication; hazardous material classification and identification; monitoring and instrumentation; PPE/chemical protective clothing; respiratory protection; decontamination procedures; termination procedures; emergency response planning and plan implementation; control and containment operations.

 

This class will be live streamed online via Zoom and attendance for all 3 days is required.

DATES: Training will be hosted on Tuesday March 4th - Thursday March 6th, 2025, starting at 8 a.m. PST daily. Classes typically end around 4:30 p.m. Online attendance is required.

Streaming HAZWOPER 8-Hour Class

Annual Refresher or First Responder Level

$200 per person, 8 Hours of Live Stream Course Instruction

 

This livestreamed instructor-led course focuses on the topics required to maintain competency as a Hazardous Materials Technician, First Responder, and/or Incident Commander. A dynamic mix of classroom instruction, demonstrations, exercises, and virtual training is used to meet learning objectives.

 

The course provides review of major response concepts and procedures, information on applicable new technologies and strategies, advanced response techniques for specific hazardous materials, and analysis of relevant case studies. 

 

DATE: This class will be live streamed online via zoom on Thursday, March 6th, 2025 at 8 a.m. PST. Online attendance is required.
